Preparation and cooking of food, assist in any area designated by the Head Chef, ensure the kitchen is always clean and tidy, ability to work flexibly over evenings and weekends

Assist the kitchen team with washing up and cleaning duties, work under pressure, basic food preparation skills, great time keeping and punctuality, hard working
