Our aim at Unico is to create relaxed and welcoming restaurant, without pretence or fuss, serving high quality, fresh, seasonal, uncomplicated Italian food.  We like to create an atmosphere which is welcoming to all, with personable, informed service which centers around and responds to the needs of our guests.

Excellent customer service skills, eye for detail, passion for beverages, excellent beverages knowledge, ability to work under pressure and work shifts over evenings and weekends

FRONT OF HOUSE

Sound people management skills, eye for detail, able to work in a fast-paced, buzzing environment and able to work shifts over evenings and weekends

BACK OF HOUSE

Preparation and cooking of food, assist in any area designated by the Head Chef, ensure the kitchen is always clean and tidy, ability to work flexibly over evenings and weekends

BACK OF HOUSE

Assist the kitchen team with washing up and cleaning duties, work under pressure, basic food preparation skills, great time keeping and punctuality, hard working
